Arianna is West Orange Dream Center's Program Coordinator and Easterseals Florida S.T.R.I.V.E. Healthcare Instructor. She works with students to provide one-on-one support designed to build work skills and boost workplace readiness.

Arianna learns the skills, and then creates an adaptive learning plan for students. Recently, she worked with Florida Metal Craft to learn forklift driving, welding, and more to create an adaptive learning plan for her student.
That student, a graduate of Orange Technical College, came to Easterseals Florida seeking support in entering the workforce. With Arianna as his employment specialist, he’s now gaining valuable hands-on experience in metal fabrication—mastering tasks like precision measurement and metal cutting.
We’re proud to support individuals like him and to work alongside Easterseals Florida, whose reach spans across the state. Through our satellite office at the West Orange Dream Center, we’re making employment services more accessible than ever.
